ATCK

Adult Third Culture Kids (ATCK) are those who have gone through a unique experience of growing up in multicultural environments and/or high mobility. This may sound exciting, but it often carries emotional and psychological difficulties. Among other things, they may have difficulty establishing a solid and coherent identity, feelings of rootlessness or lack of belonging, unresolved grief, etc.

As someone who has lived this firsthand, I understand these and other difficulties associated with this lifestyle. Through my professional training and experience, I have developed a therapeutic intervention model that addresses the different sequelae resulting from this lifestyle and helps you regain your balance.

Multicultural couples face complex relational and emotional challenges. Without proper understanding and tools, these can be difficult to overcome. Additionally, each person has their own unique way of expressing emotions, and it is essential for the therapist to understand the language in which they feel most comfortable expressing them.

As a multicultural person myself who speaks four languages, my therapeutic approach allows for deep access to each person’s emotions, helping the couple build a bridge of communication and overcome cultural obstacles that may be driving them apart. Going from a multicultural couple to an intercultural one.

As a clinical sexologist, I offer a safe and respectful space for individuals and couples to explore and improve their sexual health and fulfillment. My goal is to help them cultivate a more vibrant, intimate, and satisfying relationship.
